Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Beijing

Our representative will pick you up from Beijing Capital Int’l Airport and take you to your hotel in a private car.

Day 2: Beijing City Tour

Full from breakfast, we head to Tian’anmen Square, that has great political significance, particularly as the site where China was declared the “People’s Republic of China” in 1949. Explore the Tian’anmen Gate (Gate of Heavenly Peace), the Monument to the People’s Heroes, the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong, the Great Hall of the People, and the National Museum of China.

 

Then, we head to the Forbidden City, a museum that gives us a glimpse of royal lifestyle of the then Ming and Qing dynasties from 15th-20th century. You’ll see their lifestyle through the remaining artifacts, ceramics, painting and royal treasures of the time.

 

Afterwards, we are on our way to Summer Palace, a royal garden built as a recreational space for the royalties of the Qing dynasty in the 18th century. It is listed under the UNESCO World Heritage Site where you’ll see The quiet Kunming Lake, the famous Long Corridor with its exquisite murals, the magnificent Tower of Buddhist Incense, and beautiful temples, pavilions and gardens.

Day 3: Great Wall of China Tour through Juyong Pass

We head out early after breakfast, to reach the Great Wall- Juyong Pass by train. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you’ll see strategic Juyong Pass itself that protected the central land of China at the time. Enjoy the stunning views of the wall accompanying the beautiful green mountains. The Juyong Pass Fortess also has stone carvings, ancient fortification, watch towers that shows the history of the wall, its construction and how it was used to defend China.

Day 4: Transfer To Shanghai

After breakfast, you will be escorted to Shanghai through the bullet train. Arrive in Shanghai, you will be met and transferred to hotel. Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 5: Shanghai Day Tour

After breakfast, we head to the serene Yu Garden where you can see the classical Chinese architecture of beautiful pavilions, ponds and its walkway. Also, explore the Jade Buddha Temple where two large Buddha statues are made of jade, golden Buddhas are kept at display at the Grand Hall as well as other Buddha deities. Then head to Shanghai’s Bund where you’ll see the striking blend of historic colonial buildings that mostly include banking services, and the modern architecture, featuring iconic landmarks like the Shanghai Tower and the Oriental Pearl Tower.

Day 6: Arrival at Guangzhou

After breakfast, we escort you to Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) to fly to Guangzhou. You can stroll around these monuments or go into full exploration of the breathtaking views from Guangzhou’s Canton Tower, discover the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall‘s traditional elegance, and unwind at Yuexiu Park, which is home to the well-known Five Rams Sculpture. Visit the Guangzhou Museum and the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall to see the imperial China.

Day 7: Departure

Now that the final breakfast of the trip is done, you will be taken back to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to head back home. Wishing you a safe flight back home and hope to see you soon.
