Day 1: Arrival in Colombo

Our representative will pick you up from Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo and take you to your hotel in a private car. Spend the rest of your time leisurely.

Overnight at the hotel in Colombo.

Find any street food vendor or explore any restaurant there for lunch and dinner.

Day 2: Bentota Full Day Tour

Drive to Bentota – Around 1.5-2 hrs
Jet Skiing/ Banana Boat Ride/– Around 15-20 mins
Canoeing- Around 30 mins- 1 hr
Wind Surfing– Around 1-1.5 hrs
Wakeboarding/ Snorkeling– Around 15 mins
Scuba Diving– Around 2-3 hrs
River Cruise– Around 1-2 hrs
Kande Viharay Temple – Around 30 mins
Bentota Turtle Hatchery – Around 1 hr

 

After breakfast, head to Bentota by a private car. Lay all your stresses to rest onto the golden sand, clear water, and palm-fringed beaches with its island feel. Relax by taking it slow, walking on or swimming in the beach, or hop onto an unforgettable experience with water sports like jet skiing, wind surfing, banana boat rides, wakeboarding, canoeing, snorkeling, scuba diving or even a river cruise in the Bentota River.

Visit the Kande Viharay Temple, one of the most imporetant Buddhist temples in Sri Lanka with a large Buddha statue and a peaceful surrounding. Next, hop onto Bentota Turtle Hatchery and learn about sea turtle conservation, if possible release baby turtles into the sea.

Day 3: Explore Galle Fort

Full from breakfast, head from Bentota to Galle. From there, explore Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and visit the Dutch Reformed Church, Galle Lighthouse, and Galle Fort Museum. The colonial architecture and the accompanying ocean views makes the journey relaxing and historical. Also, head to the Jungle Beach to unwind and relax. If you’d like, head to the Galle Fort Walls to end the day with a beautiful sunset.

Head back to Bentota.

Day 4: Colombo Exploration

After breakfast, head back to Colombo on a car ride. Once you reach there, marvel al the majestic Colombo National Museum, the largest museum in Sri Lanka. The colonial halls are grand, and are filled with ancient artifacts and old century art that reflects its history. Explore Independence Square from here which is an open monument but surrounded by peaceful gardens.

Visit the beautiful Gangaramaya Temple, one of Colombo’s most famoous temples that is a blend of Sri Lankan, Thai, Indian, and Chinese architecture. Take a look into BMICH – Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, a symbol of Sri Lanka’s post-independence pride. And, wrap up your adventure at the Pettah Bazaar which is a colorful street filled with Sri Lankan lifestyle, from spices to electronics, food and jewelry, textile and their authentic energy.

Day 5: Departure
